A Personal Journey to Fragrance-Free Living

Naomi’s journey towards embracing a fragrance-free lifestyle began in childhood when she struggled with various food and environmental intolerances. These challenges were a part of her life, but it wasn't until her twenties that things took a dramatic turn. After a brief exposure to black mold in a New York City apartment, the mild, manageable intolerances intensified into severe food, environmental, and fragrance allergies. This was a shocking and frightening development, turning her world upside down, but it also opened the door to personal reinvention and new product exploration.

In recent years, Naomi’s friends and colleagues began experiencing sudden reactions to products they had trusted for years. They turned to her, their resident fragrance-free expert, for advice. From beauty products and soaps to home goods, she shared her recommendations for safe, non-irritating, fragrance-free alternatives that are part of her daily routine. These conversations and the growing need for reliable advice inspired The Fragrance Free - a platform for experience-based product recommendations.

Naomi divides her time between New York City, her hometown, and the Colorado Rocky Mountains.
